By running the "Monopod Connection Wizard" from the settings menu, users can easily configure their preferences.

For more experienced users, there is an interface to explore the commands received from the monopod, providing a more in-depth user experience. Additionally, the program can function as a standalone camera without the need for a monopod, enabling users to take photos by tapping the screen or using the volume buttons.

Compatible with popular monopod brands such as kjstar, selftimer, wii, yunteng, and many others, Selfie Camera offers versatile support for different devices.

For users with cable monopods, it is important to note that compatibility issues may arise with certain smartphone models. If the cable monopod is not compatible with your smartphone, no software solution can establish a connection. When connecting a cable monopod, ensure that a headset icon appears in the top panel of your device. If you encounter either a headphone icon or no icon at all, it indicates an incompatibility issue with your smartphone and the monopod.
